I respectfully submit this application to request financial assistance for my higher education.
I have been selected for the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering at IIT Roorkee.
My father, Mr. Ramchandra Narayan Gad, works as a daily-wage house painter. My mother is a homemaker, and I have a younger sister.
I completed all my schooling in Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg. This will be the first time I will be leaving my hometown to pursue higher education.
With support from Dr. Thakre of Sindhumitra Seva Sahayoga Pratishthana, Sawantwadi, I have already received assistance for a laptop and some admission-related expenses. It was on his advice that I am submitting this application to your Foundation.
I kindly request you to consider supporting my education by helping with both my academic and monthly living expenses. As I am not yet aware of the exact cost involved, I cannot specify the amount of financial assistance required.
